Web design in Mauritius
We design and build websites for businesses in Mauritius. You see your free design before you commit to anything, and your site can be live in 8 days, ready to be found on Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT.
marara Ai is a web design company based in Beau Bassin, Mauritius, led by designer and developer Arnaud Lionnet. We design, build and launch websites for local businesses in 8 days, and every site is set up to be found on Google and quoted by AI search tools.
We design your website first, so you can see exactly what you would be getting. There is no obligation, and you never have to buy from a description.
Your site should not take months. A clear process and one experienced person in charge keep the work moving from the first look at your business to launch.
A good looking site is not enough if nobody finds it. We build yours so Google can read it, and so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can quote it.
Every website is designed around your business, not filled into a template. Here is what goes into each one:
For a business that has no site yet, or only a Facebook page. We start from what your customers need to know and build from there.
If your site looks dated, loads slowly or brings in no enquiries, we rebuild it and keep what already works.
One focused page for a single offer or campaign, built to load fast and get people to contact you.
When a website needs to do more than show pages, we build custom features and tools to your spec. See our full list of services.
The process
Send the form. A real person reads it, and we reply within one working day.
We check your current website, your Google Business Profile and how you show up in Google and AI search.
A proposed structure for your site, what we recommend and why, and what it costs to run afterwards.
We design it with your details and images, so you can see exactly what you would be getting.

Arnaud Lionnet does. He spent 15+ years in graphic design, branding, print production and web development before moving into AI, so your site gets a designer's eye and a developer's care. You deal with the person doing the work.
Common questions
It depends on how many pages you need and what the site has to do. A one-page site and a site with custom features are very different jobs, so we do not quote a fixed price before looking at your business. You get a clear plan with your free design, including what the site costs to run afterwards, and there is no obligation.
8 days from start to launch, not months. That covers looking at your business, building the site and putting it live.
Yes. We design your website so you can see exactly what you would be getting before you commit to anything. If it is not right for you, you owe nothing.
Yes. We check what your current site does well and where it loses people, then rebuild it. Redesigns follow the same process as new websites.
Web design is how your site looks and how it guides a visitor towards contacting you. Web development is building it so it works, loads fast and can be read by Google. Many companies split these between people. At marara Ai, the same person does both.
Every site we build is set up so Google can read and understand it, but nobody can honestly promise a position. Ranking also depends on your competitors, your content and how many other sites mention you. We tell you where you stand and what to do next.
Yes. We handle setup, optimisation and ongoing updates, so local customers can find you on Google Maps as well as in the search results.
